Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
  • High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
  • Customer centric and enjoys serving others
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet

  • English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make a positive first impression
  • Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
  • Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
  • Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
