About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce QA, automation, and modern testing practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Salesforce custom applications, Lightning components, Apex code, and Agentforce capabilities, with a strong focus on quality, security, accessibility, and CI/CD integration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing, including hands-on Salesforce application testing.
  • Strong proficiency in QA automation using Karate and Selenium.
  • Proven experience testing Salesforce custom applications, Lightning components, and Apex code.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce testing and validation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accessibility testing and compliance standards.
  • Strong knowledge of security testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with API and RESTful service testing.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and test management tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications, including standard and custom functionality.
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Karate and Selenium to ensure robust functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Test Salesforce Lightning components, custom objects, workflows, and Apex code, ensuring high-quality releases.
  • Perform Agentforce testing and validation, including conversational flows, AI-driven actions, and integrations.
  • Conduct accessibility testing (WCAG compliance) to ensure inclusive and compliant Salesforce user experiences.
  • Execute security testing to validate data protection, role-based access, and platform security best practices.
  • Perform API testing of RESTful services using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, supporting DevOps practices and continuous testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Analyze defects, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution through effective defect management.
