Xylem is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Analyst to lead the discovery, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of our global Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep platform expertise and hands‑on configuration skills to deliver scalable, innovative solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and emerging technologies such as AI Agentforce and Data Cloud. You will play a critical role throughout the full Salesforce delivery lifecycle—partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating requirements into functional specifications, delivering high‑quality enhancements, and ensuring alignment with Xylem’s global Salesforce standards. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength, business acumen, influential communication, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive meaningful business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field with 5–7 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 4–7 years of experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Analyst.
  • Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM‑201).
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and core platform capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to solve complex problems where limited standardization exists.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (BA‑201).
  • Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and advanced Flow capabilities.
  • Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and data quality tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify Salesforce requirements.
  • Analyze existing Salesforce configurations and recommend enhancements or new solutions that align with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, detailed user stories, and process documentation.
  • Configure and support Salesforce features, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Salesforce development environment and declarative capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Analysts, Developers, and cross‑functional teams on enhancements, releases, and solution design.
  • Design and support enhancements leveraging AI Agentforce and Data Cloud capabilities.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process maps, data flows, and functional requirements.
  • Support testing activities (UAT), manage defect tracking, and conduct post‑release validation.
  • Partner with the business to support and maintain alignment with Xylem’s global Salesforce standards.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Independently determine approach to complex problems and propose effective, scalable solutions.
  • Develop test plans and conduct validation testing for new and existing functionality.
