About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Release Admin to manage and optimize release processes, ensuring smooth deployments and maintaining high-quality standards within our Salesforce environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in release management or a similar role
• Experience managing releases in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices
• Proficiency with Copado (Pipelines, User Stories, Back Promotions, Compliance Hub)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
• Familiarity with code quality tools (CodeScan, PMD)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Copado Certifications (Fundamentals I/II, Developer, Administrator) preferred
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the integrity and quality of software releases
• Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
• Debug and troubleshoot release-related issues
• Document and improve release processes and procedures
• Ensure adherence to release schedules and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases
• Communicate release status and updates to stakeholders
