About The Position

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead and own the end-to-end delivery of global, outcomes-driven Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies and modern, AI-enabled delivery practices. You will be accountable for delivery excellence, financial performance, governance, and stakeholder alignment, operating with a strong business-owner and customer-first mindset. This role requires strategic thinking, executive presence, and hands-on delivery leadership to manage complex Salesforce programs, protect project margins, and scale delivery impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum TEN (10) years of total experience in the IT industry, with FIVE (5) years delivering Salesforce projects
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Industry clouds
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Architects and Technical Leads (hands-on configuration is not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheets, Google Workspace
  • U.S. citizenship is contractually required for the role.

Nice To Haves

  • Project / Agile Management Certification (any one): PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM
  • Hand-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, with experience managing Agentforce-enabled projects
  • Hands-on experience with Omni Studio
  • Willingness to travel on a need basis

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete Salesforce delivery lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, risks, resourcing, and dependencies while ensuring high-quality outcomes and protecting Sold vs. Delivered margins.
  • Lead Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, driving sprint execution, backlog prioritization, delivery predictability, and high-performing cross-functional Salesforce teams.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps, ensuring transparent progress reporting, risk visibility, and dependency management across the engagement lifecycle.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through effective communication, executive reporting, governance forums, and proactive escalation management in complex, global environments.
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance, quality benchmarks, and continuous improvement across projects.
  • Plan and optimize project resourcing, manage budgets and forecasts, track financials, and mitigate delivery and financial risks throughout the engagement.
  • Encourage the strategic adoption of authorized AI technologies to boost team efficiency and optimize overall project delivery cycles
