About The Position

Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.

Requirements

• Engagement Manager with 10+ years experience leading Salesforce or similar Enterprise CRM project
• Experience delivering green-field Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service implementation project
• Project Management of Salesforce implementation projects with combined onshore and offshore team members
• Familiar with planning and delivering using Agile methodology
• Experienced defining and implementing project management tools, standards, and governance approach
• Capable of leading client business requirement definition workshops for Automotive or Manufacuring clients

Nice To Haves

• Experience delivering projects for either Automotive or Manufacturing clients preferred
