As we modernize and standardize key systems across our portfolio, we are searching for an EHR Project Manager to lead organization-wide electronic health record (EHR) implementations, optimizations, and post–go-live integration efforts. This is a highly impactful role supporting our continued growth and ensuring our care teams have the technology they need to deliver high-quality service. THE ROLE: The Salesforce Project Manager will oversee Salesforce-related projects from strategy through execution, ensuring successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across our organization. This role requires deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Data, and IT. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic roll-up environment and enjoys building structure, standardization, and best practices within Salesforce across diverse brands. You will be required to travel to one of our brand locations 1-2x month. Locations may vary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, Project Manager, or hybrid role.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system projects.
  • Experience managing external Salesforce vendors or consultants.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce or similar CRM’s ecosystem, including configuration, integration, and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work within a Salesforce consulting or implementation environment strongly preferred.
  • Background in healthcare, home care, disability services, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Project Management certifications) is preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or roll-up organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects and enhancements across the organization.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, scope, resources, and risks.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, testing, training, and change management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Data, and IT teams to understand needs and ensure Salesforce supports broader business goals.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and operational workflows.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and impacts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical & Vendor Oversight Leverage Salesforce system administration expertise to support configuration, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Manage relationships with third-party Salesforce vendors and consultants to ensure quality delivery.
  • Ensure consistency and best practices across multiple business units using Salesforce.
  • System Governance & Optimization Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce features, releases, and ecosystem tools.
  • Recommend improvements, optimizations, and innovations to support business scaling.
  • Support data integrity, security, user access, and ongoing system health.
