Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager & Administrator to oversee the ongoing management, optimization, and governance of our Salesforce platform. This dual role will balance hands-on administrative support with strategic project management, ensuring that Salesforce continues to meet the needs of multiple lines of business while aligning with executive priorities and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Salesforce experience, a strong background in managing projects across complex business units, and excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (flows, validation rules, formula fields, security model, reporting, dashboards).
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce-related projects, including cross-department initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required

  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Salesforce support mailbox, triaging requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Perform routine administration tasks such as user setup, role/profile management, permissions, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support data governance activities including data imports, exports, cleansing, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate as needed.
  • Partner with business users to translate requirements into Salesforce configurations.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple business lines leveraging Salesforce (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Enrollment, Operations).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Prepare professional documentation and reports for leadership, including executive-level presentations detailing project status, timelines, risks, and goals.
  • Provide clear and concise communication of Salesforce enhancements, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce governance, updates, and executive reporting.
