Role: Salesforce Product Manager – CPQ & Billing Location: Remote Exp: 12+ Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition workflows. • Drive configuration and administration of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related applications. • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to define and validate system enhancements and technical solutions. • Lead and support Salesforce–NetSuite integrations, including data flow mapping, validation, and troubleshooting. • Respond to technical and functional queries related to Salesforce Billing, CPQ, and ERP integrations. • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end users during rollout. • Provide in-depth support for Salesforce applications, including tool configuration, access management, and application behavior. • Maintain clear documentation of business processes, system configurations, and data flows. • Participate in ongoing optimization and enhancements of QTC systems and workflows.
