U.S. Bank is seeking a Salesforce Platform & Architecture Manager to lead our Consumer Lending Lead Management technology team. This role is responsible for people leadership, technical ownership, and platform governance across Salesforce and related systems that support multiple consumer lending business lines. The ideal candidate brings a strong background as both a Salesforce architect and people manager, with experience leading onshore and offshore teams, delivering enterprise‑grade solutions, and maintaining strong risk and security controls.
