We are excited to announce we are currently hiring a SalesForce Platform Administrator to work on our Customer Experience team. This is a hybrid position with anticipated 2-3 days in office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (Pardot/Marketing Cloud/MCAE).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models and automation logic.

Nice To Haves

  • additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, MCAE Specialist) preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with Tableau/CRM Analytics or equivalent BI tools.
  • Experience managing or executing migrations or transitions between automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Lead or assist with platform migrations, module upgrades, and strategic transitions (e.g. shifting functionalities from MCAE to full Marketing Cloud) as needed.
  • Manage configuration, user access, automation (flows, triggers, process builders), and data integrity across systems.
  • Troubleshoot synchronization, data flow, automation, and integration issues between Salesforce, marketing platforms, and connected systems.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau CRM/CRM Analytics to surface key sales and marketing insights.
  • Conduct testing, change management, and rollout of new features or modules, collaborating with IT, marketing, and external partners.
  • Document configurations, data flows, best practices, and change logs.
  • Provide user support, training, and governance to promote adoption and consistency in tool usage.
