About The Position
As a Salesforce/nCino Developer, you will develop, enhance, test, and troubleshoot applications that support business operations and drive continuous improvement. You will use best practices and modern delivery methodologies to design solutions across multiple platforms, while working closely with team members in both the IS Department and business units. Your work will directly influence how data moves through the organization and how employees leverage technology every day. You will also help determine the right technologies, platforms, and integration approaches as you translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field + 4 years of related experience.
- Expertise in web/intranet applications and scripting/programming languages.
- Working knowledge of CMS software, relational databases, operating systems, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Hands‑on development experience in Salesforce and nCino, including Apex development, environment management, and CI/CD or release deployment processes across the Salesforce platform.!
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and practices
- Ability & Desire to learn new things quickly
- Able to work independently or collaboratively across cross‑functional teams with strong attention to detail
- Committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of systems and client data
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to gather business requirements and define technical needs for new or enhanced solutions.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce and nCino lending solutions
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce and nCino functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration to support loan origination, servicing, credit, and operational workflows.
- Support integrations and data flow across enterprise systems
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce/nCino and core banking, document management, and third‑party systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Support DevOps workflows by testing, deploying, and maintaining code repositories and pipelines.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support across internal and cloud environments.
- Research and prototype emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies to recommend improvements.
- Ensure platform stability, quality, and best practices
- Partner with Administrators, Business Analysts, and QA to follow Salesforce and nCino development standards, perform code reviews, support releases, and troubleshoot production issues to maintain a secure, scalable lending platform.
