About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer Intern with an interest in AI and automation to support our Salesforce platform and help explore intelligent, data-driven solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience with Salesforce development, AI-enabled features, and real-world enterprise use cases, working alongside experienced developers and architects. This role is ideal for students or early-career technologists eager to build practical skills in Salesforce, AI tools, and modern cloud development.

Nice To Haves

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
Exposure to Salesforce (Trailhead, coursework, or personal projects)
Basic knowledge of Apex, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Familiarity with AI concepts, generative AI, or prompt engineering
Experience with APIs or data concepts

Responsibilities

Quickly familiarize yourself with Salesforce basics, including its CRM functionalities, modules, and tools like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and LWR Commerce.
Stay open to learning new Salesforce skills, frameworks, and best practices, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
Learn business nomenclature, systems and data to support our business processes.
Assist in customizing Salesforce applications by creating or modifying objects, fields, flows, and validation rules.
Support the integration of Salesforce with other tools and platforms (e.g., third-party APIs or enterprise systems).
Help troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, such as data discrepancies or user permission errors.
Assist in creating and presenting compelling product demonstrations (demos) to showcase project capabilities and solutions to address our business needs.
REST-based integration of AI services into Salesforce
Secure AI enablement (governor limits, data privacy, PII handling)
Event-driven and API-based AI workflows
Human-in-the-loop AI design patterns
Data modeling for AI use cases
Structured & unstructured data processing
Feature engineering concepts
AI-powered personalization and recommendations
AI explainability and transparency concepts
Bias awareness and mitigation
Model monitoring and performance evaluation
Enterprise AI security and compliance considerations
Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, consultants and other team members to support ongoing projects.
Attend team meetings to share updates and learn about project goals, progress, and challenges.
Participate in project meetings, design discussion, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving.
Assist in creating data sets for testing, write and execute test scripts, and documentation of test results to ensure high-quality deliverables are met.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, while interacting with team members, colleagues and leadership.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks and time and communicate effectively on current deadlines.
