About The Position

Key Responsibilities Testing & Quality Assurance ¿ Perform end-to-end functional testing of Salesforce CG Cloud features: o Retail Execution o Visits & Activities o Orders, Inventory, and Promotions ¿ Validate Salesforce configurations including: o Objects, fields, page layouts o Flows, validation rules o Permission sets and profiles ¿ Execute System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support ¿ Test mobile functionality (Salesforce Mobile App / CG Cloud Mobile) including offline/online sync Business & Data Validation ¿ Understand consumer goods business processes: o Route-to-market o Store visits o Merchandising o Trade promotions ¿ Validate data flows between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Order Management, Inventory) ¿ Verify pricing, discounts, promotions, and visit execution accuracy Test Management ¿ Analyze requirements and prepare: o Test scenarios o Test cases o Test data ¿ Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects ¿ Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps ¿ Provide daily/weekly test status reports and defect metrics Collaboration ¿ Work closely with: o Business users o Salesforce developers o Product owners ¿ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness activities ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience Mandatory ¿ 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing ¿ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud ¿ Strong knowledge of: o Salesforce data model o Sales Cloud basics o Flows and validation rules ¿ Experience testing mobile applications (iOS / Android) ¿ Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology Good to Have ¿ Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) ¿ Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) ¿ Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Tosca ¿ optional) ¿ Salesforce Certification (Admin / QA / CG Cloud) ¿ preferred

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud
• Strong knowledge of: o Salesforce data model o Sales Cloud basics o Flows and validation rules
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS / Android)
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Tosca ¿ optional)
• Salesforce Certification (Admin / QA / CG Cloud) ¿ preferred
