Requirements

  • 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience .
  • 8+ years of specific Salesforce QA experience .
  • Experience leading testing teams for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, and Lightning components.
  • Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of testing APIs and data integrations (ETL/ELT).
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to DevOps and incorporating testing into continuous integration programs.
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a testing team in the delivery of large-scale products on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design testing programs from project inception, including strategies for various testing forms and integration into Agile and DevOps processes .
  • Develop and execute test plans , cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality.
  • Validate Salesforce configurations , workflows, custom objects, and Lightning components.
  • Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and APIs, including ETL/ELT data flows.
  • Automate test cases using open-source or scriptless frameworks.
  • Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA.
  • Design test suites for various coverage scenarios such as smoke, feature, and regression testing.
  • Support and design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist end-users.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members to improve their technical and testing skills.
