This will significantly increase your chances of success 🔍 What You’ll Do 📊 Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify needs and pain points Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories 🧩 Solution Design Support Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives ⚙️ Process Optimization Evaluate current workflows and propose improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities 🧪 Testing & Validation Define test cases and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 📚 Documentation & Training Create user guides and process documentation Deliver training sessions to end-users 🤝 Stakeholder Communication Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce initiatives Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

Requirements

5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and/or Experience Cloud
Solid understanding of CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity, case management, customer service)
Experience with Flows and Process Builder
Ability to build reports and dashboards for actionable insights
Familiarity with data models and security architecture in Salesforce
Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories
Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components
Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts
Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of ownership and attention to data quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Ability to work autonomously in structured, agile environments
Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
