About The Position

We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact Salesforce solutions. In this hybrid role, you'll drive architectural strategy while staying close to the code-balancing vision with execution to solve complex problems and unlock business value. You'll work at the intersection of innovation and impact-collaborating with business leaders, product owners, and engineers to shape the future of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This isn't a hands-off architect role. You will own the roadmap, influence direction, guide technical teams, and bring bold ideas to life through smart, scalable design.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of experience in Salesforce data models, security architecture and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow is strongly desired
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect certification desired

Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall Salesforce architecture and infrastructure strategy, identifying gaps and designing solutions that scale with the business
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools
  • Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance
  • Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define technical requirements and contribute to the long-term Salesforce roadmap
  • Oversee and contribute to the customization and configuration of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards
  • Mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies
