Consulting at CapTech Partner with clients on cross‑functional, team‑based projects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies Serve as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope while aligning technical solutions with business goals Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, setting clear expectations and guiding decision‑making Technical Solutions Lead the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migration Design enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-relevant managed packages Design and review integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP platforms, financial systems, marketing tools, identity providers, and document management solutions Define and support environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes aligned with enterprise delivery standards Thought Leadership and Professional Development Create and execute an individualized professional development plan focused on Salesforce architecture mastery and emerging platform capabilities Demonstrate technical thought leadership by contributing to architectural standards, best practices, and reusable accelerators Mentor architects and developers through architecture reviews, communities of practice, and ongoing knowledge sharing Participate in technical pre‑sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and delivery scoping for prospective clients Gain exposure to a variety of clients, business models, and industry verticals We want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions. Requirements

  • Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments
  • Strong client‑facing written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience
  • Strong architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices
  • Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid‑to‑large enterprise clients

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect
  • OmniStudio certifications or demonstrated advanced experience
  • MuleSoft experience and/or certifications
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and modern DevOps tooling within Salesforce ecosystems

Responsibilities
