About The Position

HV Talent Group is partnering with a leading technology-enabled service organization headquartered in Medford, MA, specializing in large-scale operational support, infrastructure, and safety solutions. The company is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation and process automation and is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to enhance and scale its CRM and operational systems. This is a high-visibility, on-site role supporting business leaders and cross-functional teams in optimizing data accuracy, automating workflows, and driving performance insights. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of business process, analytics, and technology enablement. The Salesforce Administrator will oversee daily system management, ensure data integrity, and drive workflow automation across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with a passion for process improvement and user enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting.
  • Experience managing integrations and third-party apps.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceMax or similar service management tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the organization’s Salesforce environment.
  • Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and data integrity.
  • Maintain system security and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting to promote adoption.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support sales, operations, and leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure consistent reporting standards across departments.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and policies.
  • Support business integration initiatives and third-party application alignment.
  • Perform regular system audits and manage Salesforce updates and sandbox testing.
  • Resolve system issues and coordinate with vendors or IT partners as needed.
  • Ensure system scalability and readiness for evolving business requirements.
