About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, which includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role will ensure seamless integration with external data sources, including SQL Server and Snowflake, while maintaining best practices for data integrity, security, and scalability. Requirements

  • Has 5 to 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Has hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture.
  • Experience with SQL Server and Snowflake integrations.
  • Experience with FlowBuilder.
  • Proficiency in data management tools (Data Loader, ETL tools).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and deduplication processes.
  • Cloud Expertise Sales Cloud: Support lead, opportunity, and pipeline management processes.
  • Service Cloud: Configure case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing.
  • Marketing Cloud: Manage campaigns, journeys, and audience segmentation; ensure proper integration with CRM data.
  • Integration & Data Management Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (SQL Server and Snowflake).
  • Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering teams to ensure accurate data flow and synchronization.
  • Implement ETL processes and monitor data quality across platforms.
  • System Optimization & Governance Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and company security policies.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features to enhance business processes.
  • Support & Training Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Train end-users and create documentation for processes and best practices.
