About The Position

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide IT Services for implementation of the clients cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services. The proposed solution is an enterprise-level data system, to address current and future information needs. The client solution supports a secure system to intake documentation, certifications, compliance forms, and data from public water systems; determine compliance; support staff and management through compliance evaluations, document generation, and recordkeeping; facilitate data-driven decision-making; and provide automated data publication. The Salesforce Administrator will be delegated to handling Salesforce team scope and communication to clients during delivery.

Requirements

  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years prior experience in Salesforce configuration and utilizing the Data Import and Data Export utilities.
  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years experience leading and managing user groups and developing system or business requirements.
  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience with Salesforce.com SOQL and SOSL.
  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have two (2) years of experience with the Salesforce.com security model.
  • Within the last ten (10) years, must have three (3) years of experience handling Salesforce team scope and communication, technical system documentation & knowledge transfer.
  • Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and have performed a management or supervisory role.

Nice To Haves

  • Possession of relevant Salesforce Administrator Certification. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request
  • Within the last ten (10) years, prior experience with the Water Industry or similar Natural Resources agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce.
  • Establish and enforce governance policies and best practices
  • Proactively set up processes to manage and protect customer and business data.
  • Provide reporting on a regular basis to help users and executives gain insights and make decisions from Salesforce data.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance automated business processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams for complex solutions and solve business problems.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Lead system upgrades, feature rollouts, and security reviews.
  • Responsible for the strong communication with executives and stakeholders
  • Responsible for the development of technical system documentation.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Provide end user training and knowledge transfer.
