About The Position

Innovative Captive Strategies is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Waukee, IA . This role plays a vital role at continuing to improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and will be responsible for offering support to our Salesforce users. At ICS, we believe innovation, collaboration, and client‑first thinking are the foundation of great captive programs.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 1-2 years’ Salesforce experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Skills : A desire for further learning of the Salesforce Platform is essential. Must possess ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Technical Competencies : Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support
  • Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption.
