Position Summary The Salesforce Administrator is a hands-on expert responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Shaw Turf’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on executing platform enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting users across Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this associate translates business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. They take ownership of complex configurations, troubleshoot issues, and drive user adoption through training and support. This role will work in a hybrid way with 3 office days per week at our Calhoun, GA office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment, or 8+ years of progressive experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required;
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Experience in Commercial or B2B environments required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin preferred

Responsibilities

  • Understand Shaw Turf’s sales, marketing, and brand strategies to ensure CRM solutions support business goals.
  • Participate in planning sessions and stakeholder meetings to stay aligned with evolving priorities.
  • Translate and configure business processes into Salesforce functionality that enhances user workflows and customer engagement.
  • Design and implement flows, automation, page layouts, custom objects, and reports.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and licenses across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other environments.
  • Conduct regular system audits, metadata cleanup, and prepare for Salesforce releases.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity across the platform.
  • Execute data imports/exports, de-duplication, and cleanup processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners and IT to implement governance best practices.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving user issues and support tickets.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and documentation to empower users and promote adoption.
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to drive effective platform usage.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Support testing and deployment of new features and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to ensure data flows support reporting and analytics.
