About The Position

Nox Metals is a technology company in Detroit supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. We need someone who can sell metal. Inbound or outbound. Phone, email, in person, whatever works.

Requirements

• Able to reply with a quote in record speeds
• A closer
• Comfortable on the phone and in front of customers
• Ready to travel when the opportunity calls for it
• Cracked with AI tools, spreadsheets, and CRMs
• Organized enough to manage a full pipeline without dropping anything
• Customer obsessed. You care about their experience after the sale too
• Hungry. Self-directed. High agency
• Low ego. You do not wait to be told what to do
• Not afraid to work outside normal hours
• Never says "that's not my job"

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound quote requests and convert them to orders
• Prospect and cold call new customers
• Visit customers on-site and travel as needed
• Follow up relentlessly
• Learn our product catalog across alloys, specs, and certifications
• Use AI tools to move faster than anyone else in this industry
• Take things off the team's plate and find new revenue without being told to
