We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact Sales Training & Development Manager (individual contributor) to elevate performance across our Foodservice sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, enablement, and coaching — building scalable learning programs that strengthen frontline execution, accelerate ramp time, and drive measurable business results across operator and distributor channels. This is more than a training role — it’s a business performance role. Your work will directly impact seller confidence, execution quality, and commercial growth. You’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders and help shape how we develop talent across the Foodservice organization. This role will be based in our new Hopkins, MN HQ!
