Newfi Wholesale is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to lead the execution of our in-person mortgage sales training program in Chandler, AZ, while also supporting broader sales training and enablement initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a sales training professional with a passion for developing talent and driving measurable performance outcomes. The Sales Trainer will play a critical role in onboarding, coaching, and accelerating entry level sales professionals within our Non-QM lending channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales leadership (mortgage or financial services experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of consultative or phone-based sales environments
  • Experience designing and delivering structured training programs with measurable results
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and coach sales professionals at all levels
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Newfi Wholesales' mortgage entry level sales training program, including onboarding, curriculum delivery, coaching, and performance reinforcement.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Compliance to ensure training aligns with product offerings, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • Develop and continuously improve training materials, playbooks, presentations, and role-play scenarios.
  • Deliver live, virtual, and on-demand training sessions as needed.
  • Coach sales professionals through call reviews, skill-building exercises, and performance feedback.
  • Track training effectiveness and sales performance metrics to optimize program outcomes
  • Support additional sales enablement initiatives, product launches, and ongoing professional development programs
