The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a motivated and hands-on Sales Traffic Accelerator & Trainer to support dealership sales teams and drive consistent lead management performance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive sales or BDC who enjoys coaching others, improving processes, and making a direct impact on sales results. As a Sales Traffic Accelerator & Trainer, you will work directly in-store with Sales Associates and Managers to improve lead response, customer communication, and follow-up execution. This is a highly interactive role focused on real-time coaching, accountability, and performance improvement.
