Meadow is modernizing end-of-life care - an industry unchanged for 70 years. In under two years, we became the largest independent funeral home in California and are now expanding across the US. We just closed our Series A and are building fast. Backed by top-tier investors, founded by alumni of Stripe, Google, and Opendoor. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to build a real foundation in sales — with hands-on training and upside that most early roles don't offer. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Meadow in Texas - launching and scaling a new market from the ground up. You'll be our first rep in the state, bringing a proven playbook from California while adapting and improving it as we grow. You'll focus on building strong partnerships with hospices and care providers across DFW or Houston. Because many families turn to these providers for guidance, the relationships you build will directly shape how families experience Meadow. This is not about hard selling - it's about earning trust, building long-term partnerships, and modernizing an outdated industry. You'll own your territory end-to-end, growing a referral network that compounds over time. This role is highly field-based, requiring regular in-person visits across your market. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
