About The Position

This role provides administrative and operational support that keeps the sales process moving smoothly. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and sales team to support order processing, customer communication, lead follow up, and ongoing opportunity maintenance using tools like Salesforce and NetSuite. The goal is simple: help the team move faster, stay organized, and serve customers better.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working through complex issues with a team to reach resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Able to collaborate across teams to complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Able to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships across functions
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once in both team and independent work settings
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing, Business, Finance, or Information Technology preferred
• Two years of experience in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and update customer accounts and orders in Salesforce and NetSuite
• Support the Operations Manager and sales team with customer outreach, quotations, opportunity upkeep, and tools that help grow the business
• Assist with lead generation and customer follow ups
• Maintain accurate, up to date work to support internal controls and process compliance
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external customers to support sales and shipments
• Participate in remote and on site production and sales meetings as needed
• Support continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and cross functional collaboration
• Manage multiple priorities and handle special projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as needed
