About The Position

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our continued growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Support professional to strengthen and support our in-home sales team.

Sales Support (Full-Time | Inside Position)

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, highly organized, and motivated to grow into a long-term leadership path. You will help lay the foundation for each sales day, keep systems accurate and consistent, and actively support the sales team in driving results. This is not a short-term job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and working within structured systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with sales professionals
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven model without deviation
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow professionally
• No degree or certification required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize sales systems and workflows at the start of each day
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of sales data, reports, and systems
• Actively reach out to designers throughout the day to re-engage clients, follow up on opportunities, and remove roadblocks
• Support the sales team with creative strategies to help close deals and move projects forward
• Ensure strict adherence to the Closets by Design sales model and processes with 100% consistency
• Wrap up daily systems and reporting to ensure accuracy, accountability, and readiness for the next day
• Serve as a reliable point of support between sales, management, and operations
