About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, coachable, tech-savvy individual to support our top-performing sales executive in a full-time Sales Support Apprenticeship role. This is a one-year, hands-on opportunity to learn high-level sales from the inside—by working shoulder-to-shoulder with an expert in the field. You’ll operate as an extension of our sales leader, learning how to strategize, manage deals, coordinate meetings, handle follow-ups, and get things over the finish line. It’s a high-impact, fast-paced role that gives you access to real training, real mentorship, and real growth —no fluff.

Requirements

• Based in Lakewood, NJ and available to be on-site daily
• A fast learner with strong tech skills and sharp instincts
• Confident, clear communicator with a hustler’s mindset
• No formal sales experience needed—but you must bring drive and commitment
• Hungry to grow, contribute, and eventually step into a sales role of your own

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to the sales leader across day-to-day sales functions
• Track and coordinate meetings, calls, emails, and outreach follow-ups
• Prepare presentations, materials, and CRM updates
• Actively anticipate what’s needed to help deals move forward
• Learn and observe the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
