This role designs and implements streamlined onboarding and training programs, ensuring best practices and coaching consistently deliver a high-quality seller experience. The Lead engages in cross-departmental troubleshooting, leverages project management skills, and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs. Through ongoing evaluation and refinement of processes, the Lead fosters continuous improvement and efficiency across the Sales Support function.
