GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: As the Sales Support Specialist, you will assist in the maintenance of retail merchandise stock by unpacking, organizing and maintaining merchandise on the selling floor and in stock rooms. You will contribute to store and stock maintenance by providing customer service on the selling floor that exceeds the customer’s expectations and assists the team in achieving sales goals. You will participate in zone coverage of the selling floor and are responsible for a specific area or category of business. Some late nights and Saturdays and Sundays are required.
