The Sales Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to Business Development and Executive Director teams across assigned markets, ensuring field teams are equipped to execute referral development, community outreach, and engagement activities through effective Salesforce data management, onboarding coordination, event tracking, and field logistics. This role drives consistency and structure across markets, enabling Business Development and Executive Director teams to focus on relationship development, caregiver engagement, and admissions growth.
