Description • Field and appropriately handle all inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors • Distribute all customer correspondence produced by order entry • Timely acknowledgment of all backorders and short shipments. • Provide quotes and pricing to customers • Update CRM with all information necessary for complete project visibility from start to finish. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. Position Expectations: • Consistently represent the company to all customers as a team member in a professional manner. • Enhance department/company reputation by demonstrating a team mentality to internal and external customers. • Enhance and develop opportunities to engage customers. • Inform customers of quote/order status in a timely and proactive manner. • Responsible for the timely production and distribution of weekly and/or monthly quote/sales reports as defined by management. • Process all quotes/purchase orders in a timely manner. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely shipment of all customer orders. • Answer all calls, emails, etc., in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain a high quality of service by monitoring standards; advising the Manager of potential problems with possible resolution strategies. • Ability to successfully resolve customer complaints/issues by investigating issues and composing responses.

Requirements

  • Experience working with an ERP system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Inside sales or project coordinator experience
