About The Position

As the Veris Sales Support Representative for our Solar Innovations brand, you'll manage the quote-to-order process from initial quote through design, fabrication, delivery, and installation. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, on-time execution, supports customers and sales partners. Over time, you'll also take on project management responsibilities, overseeing individual projects end-to-end on the technical side. Success is driven by strong organization, attention to detail, disciplined backlog management, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting revenue and performance goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and customer-obsessed, with a background in sales or customer services within a construction, home improvement, or architectural environment and a proven ability to manage projects simultaneously without losing a beat. Location: This opportunity works on a hybrid schedule and reports to our Pine Grove, PA location with the option to work from home Mondays and Fridays. Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/year, plus bonus & opportunity for overtime

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing sales or customer service role (ideally within the construction, home improvement, or architectural industry)
  • Experience in a deadline-oriented environment with ability to handle changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in inside sales or sales support
  • Experience with any CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Sage, etc.)
  • Familiar reading or interpreting blueprints specifications
  • College Degree in a related field ( Architecture, Design, Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own the Veris quote‑to‑order process end to end, managing customer projects from quote through design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation with a focus on accuracy, urgency, and on‑time execution.
  • Support sales and order fulfillment activities by responding promptly to customer and sales inquiries, answering technical questions, and providing product and solution expertise to help convert quotes and fulfill orders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Production Planning, Logistics, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, manage priorities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review quotes and orders for accuracy, ensure purchase orders align with drawings, prepare change orders as needed, and maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
  • Manage order backlog in partnership with the Sales Support Supervisor, proactively communicating with internal teams and customers to meet schedules and performance metrics.
  • Achieve revenue forecasts through disciplined planning and alignment.
  • Maintain schedule reliability and reduce delays that impact customer satisfaction and revenue flow.
  • Gather and communicate delivery requirements and customer‑ready dates to support successful logistics execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all customer information and communications are properly documented.
  • Meet defined goals for calls, quotes, sales, expected revenue, and order retention in alignment with strategic growth objectives.
