Requirements

  • A High School diploma or the equivalent
  • Previous customer service or customer support experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Strong attention to details, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, independent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Printing tickets and putting together job packets
  • Sample and order retention processes
  • Leading our Siteline implementation and customer setup for Siteline
  • Including standardization across multiple departments that need to be in line for this implementation to succeed
  • New Customer Onboarding and account setup
  • In house support for remote Account Managers
  • Support in the continuation of SOP’s, Work Instructions, Job Aids and training documentation.
  • Work flow assistance in the department
  • Working with production on pulling samples to send to customers
  • Working with pre press to get proofs printed, plates ordered, proofing
