About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to play a key role in assisting our Sales Representatives by managing lead lifecycles, resolving account issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from sale to installation. This is a hybrid role based in Daytona, Florida, with a combination of in-office and remote workdays. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and operational support.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software systems and CRM platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and order management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on tasks independently
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
  • This is a hybrid role requiring both in-office and remote workdays; a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace are required for remote work days

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred but not required
  • Experience working with CRM systems or order management platforms a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Representatives by managing inbound and outbound customer interactions related to scheduling, order status, and account inquiries
  • Process and track new service orders from initial sale through successful installation, ensuring accuracy in billing and customer records
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, serviceability conflicts, appointment issues, and mapping or pin inaccuracies in coordination with field teams
  • Assist in managing and updating the CRM system to maintain accurate lead and customer data
  • Conduct follow-up calls and communications with customers to confirm appointments, address concerns, and reduce cancellations and pre-install fallout
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Manager to identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support compliance with sales documentation procedures and data accuracy protocols
  • Assist with system transitions, software implementations, or integrations affecting sales operations as needed
  • Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales team as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
