Currently, our B2B sales & service team is searching for an ambitious, compassionate, and intelligent employee, with a strong positive focus on internal & external customer support to help us on our path to change the gift card industry. In this role, you will report to the SVP, Business Solutions and be the primary point of support for our many critical projects and processes. Your primary responsibilities include supporting the entire sales team’s efforts through a wide variety of tasks and projects. This role is aligned with many facets of corporate sales support and key requirements include positive attitude, teamwork, extreme accuracy, and the ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. This team member can expect to interact frequently with the entire corporate sales team as well as the compliance, marketing, accounting, and manufacturing teams. We’ll provide ongoing in-depth training to ensure your success. Requirements

  • Proven sales support or related experience.
  • Strong customer service experience & a passion for serving others.
  • Superior written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with emphasis on numbers (pricing).
  • Superb organizational and documentation skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Critical thinking with ability to make decisions within provided guidelines having potentially large financial impacts.
  • Goal-directed and constructively competitive.
  • Proficient use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • A superior degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to securely handle confidential information in a PCI-compliant environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Three-plus (3) years successful sales administration experience or equivalent.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment while achieving shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Client support & relationship building with our top customers
  • Support the sales team with operational needs including price changes, Promo codes, product change requests, payment change requests, shipping support.
  • General weekly reporting & sales incentive reconciliations.
  • Product samples & product delivery support.
  • General sales support ticket resolution, client quotes, etc.
  • Trade show support (occasional travel may be required).
  • Sales newsletters and contest administration.
  • Documentation of procedures & document management.
  • Other duties as aligned with company needs and position profile.
  • Calls to potential corporate clients from our consumer channels (typically no more than 5 – 10 a day)
  • Support high-value accounts with prep and follow-ups
  • Assist with QBRs and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Stay close to product updates and client feedback
