About The Position

CDI custom curb adapters is currently hiring for the position of Sales Support Representative (SSR), located in Fife, Washington. You’ll be servicing this market by meeting or exceeding sales goals & growing local business. You’ll focus on expanding and supporting local markets within a major region of a specific plant territory. The work location will be in the Fife, Washington Manufacturing Plant. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required (bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred)
Experience in administration and high-volume market/sales/administrative work.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
Computer literacy and typing skills.
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Willingness to embrace and promote CDI values – FAST, FUN, EASY
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts & provide fast/accurate responses to your customer’s daily needs.
Create/process daily orders in a timely manner.
Process requests for rush orders.
Handle administrative duties for the sales department & maintain an organized/accessible digital filing system within Google Drive.
Perform data entry tasks
Utilize sales tracking tools to compile various reports.
Review pending orders & customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders
Record sales trends & brainstorm within your department to develop sales strategies.
Schedule customer meetings & conferences.
Develop & monitor key performance indicators for sales and staff members.
Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegate leads to the sales department & provide sales data to the sales department.
