The SSR-II provides support services to the Account Managers. Among other duties, their responsibilities include quoting, researching product information, and data entry. Answering department phone calls Conducting basic product research Adding new products to the database Updating database pricing Using basic Visio for diagramming Designing sales quotes and scopes of work Verifying correct parts for proposed customer solutions Communicating weekly with customers and their respective Account Managers Outbound telemarketing calls to prospect for new customers Reporting new customer opportunities weekly
