About The Position

The SSR-II provides support services to the Account Managers. Among other duties, their responsibilities include quoting, researching product information, and data entry. Answering department phone calls Conducting basic product research Adding new products to the database Updating database pricing Using basic Visio for diagramming Designing sales quotes and scopes of work Verifying correct parts for proposed customer solutions Communicating weekly with customers and their respective Account Managers Outbound telemarketing calls to prospect for new customers Reporting new customer opportunities weekly

Requirements

  • Associate degree or minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
  • Four (4) or more years of technology/information systems technical solution sales experience required
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce, and Visio
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills, including knowledge of professional telephone etiquette
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn basic technical product information
  • Ability to work under pressure
