ECHO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep II to serve as the primary liaison of our internal business group accounts as it relates to Customer Service and order management. In this role, you will foster strong relationships, troubleshoot customer and internal inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to provide seamless order processing, enhance engagement and maintain a positive perception of our brand. The hourly rate for this position is $23.50/HR based on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer concerns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • High School Degree or GED is required for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ Experience in customer service and/or sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated internal business group accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Process, review, and research orders and credit requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quickly identify order issues and root cause, implement appropriate resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Monitor and expedite corrections or adjustments to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Represent and uphold ECHO’s brand identity through professional and effective communication.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Support the Customer Service Team in daily operations and assist with additional duties assigned by management.
