ECHO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep II to serve as the primary liaison of our internal business group accounts as it relates to Customer Service and order management. In this role, you will foster strong relationships, troubleshoot customer and internal inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to provide seamless order processing, enhance engagement and maintain a positive perception of our brand. The hourly rate for this position is $23.50/HR based on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.
