Join Our Alexandria, VA Team as a Sales Support Representative! Wireless Masters is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will interact with customers daily over the phone, providing top-tier customer service—a priority at Wireless Masters. As a Sales Support Representative, you will: Conduct outbound calls to educate current customers about promotions and services. Handle inbound calls, assisting with troubleshooting and order placements. Recommend additional products and services through upselling and cross-selling. Accurately document all interactions in our CRM system. Generate sales leads and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar tools is helpful).
- The ability to work on-site at our Alexandria, VA location from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of the wireless industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
