Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Manager to oversee and support the Sales Support and Diagnostic teams while driving strategic initiatives across sales operations, product research, reporting, and internal lead generation. This role combines sales operations leadership, project management, product research, and advanced reporting capabilities to ensure operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for optimizing processes, overseeing internal lead generation (Gaps in Care), assisting with payer target reporting across territories, and leveraging CRM and business intelligence tools to build dashboards and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management experience, an analytical mindset, technical proficiency in reporting platforms, and a passion for fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
