About The Position

Position Objective: Sales Support/National Account Team Facilitator works directly with the Sales Operations team and National Strategic Customer Managers (NSCM) to provide support in all areas. The primary goal of this position would be to oversee the Sales Support email inbox, ensuring timely and effective engagement with the entire sales team. Working directly with the NSCMs in identifying the needs of our customers and providing the solution that best fits that need. This process would include coordinating with all other support teams within Sunbelt to ensure the completion of the customers’ requirements.

Requirements

  • Two (2+) years of experience in customer service role or project management roll.
  • Equipment rental experience preferred
  • Strong sales skills and customer service focused
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills with heavy attention to detail required
  • Computer proficiency with MS applications.
  • Wynne experience not required but preferred
  • Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
  • All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Sales Support emails to facilitate answers and follow through completion
  • Engage fully with C360 in supporting the entire sales organization
  • Continually engage with the sales teams to increase efficiencies
  • Aid in the overall Rebate Process for Strategic and National Accounts
  • Maintain and complete any assigned customer reporting requirements.
  • Understand and ensure compliance requirements are being met for identified customers.
  • Work with NSCM on RFQ/RFP preparation and submission
  • Complete cat/class matchups for pricing and ensure rate uploads are accurate and completed
  • Monitor price discrepancy reports to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with NSCM on Wynne account cleanups for identified customers
  • Aid in Command Center training for customers if required
  • Serve as liaison between NSCM and other Sunbelt support teams to ensure timely responses to customers
  • Enhance communication between NSC teams and all other departments within the support office
  • Provide general support for National and Strategic Customer teams
  • Other Sales related responsibilities as identified
