We’re hiring a Sales Onboarding Coordinator to support our Sales team by managing the post-sale setup process for new customers. Your job is to ensure each deal transitions smoothly into service by collecting missing details, setting up accounts, and keeping everyone in the loop. You’ll be working behind the scenes in systems like FieldRoutes and Google Workspace, sending follow-up emails, updating records, and jumping on a calls to finalize payment or scheduling details. Your work supports our Sales team directly and ensures no deal gets delayed, lost, or mismanaged after the contract is signed.
