As an Onboarding Coordinator, you would be responsible for supporting the full employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring new hires are equipped for success and remain compliant with organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Flexibility is essential, as the role also encompasses recurring and ad hoc tasks to meet evolving business needs
  • Superb communication and relationship building skills, with ability to professionally interact with SERVPRO employees and vendors.
  • Ability to multi‐task, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new software and adapt to new programs.
  • Capability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented office & field crew.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for onboarding sessions, coordinating with training staff to support class facilitation and training events, and managing accurate training and safety documentation.
  • Ensure clear communication with the Training Supervisor on all onboarding statuses
  • Collaborate active participation in professional and personal development, and a commitment to a welcoming onboarding experience across all settings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires following offer acceptance through Day One.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations.
  • Ensure completion of required onboarding paperwork and compliance tasks.
  • Enroll new hires in required training courses
  • Track completion of onboarding and compliance training
