About The Position
Are you an organized, detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for media and sales? WCSC is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join our high-performing team! In this key position, you'll provide essential administrative and sales support to our high-performing Media Executives. Your contributions will help drive the success of both our Digital and Broadcast (Local & National) sales efforts by ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and seamless campaign execution. Requirements
- Detail-oriented multitasker with strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under deadlines
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating sales presentations and proposals
- Handle order entry and maintenance in broadcast and digital operating systems
- Create and maintain sales performance reports
- Support Research, Creative, and Programming efforts within the Sales Department
- Monitor digital campaign performance to ensure success
- Provide daily client support and interaction to enhance relationships
- Work closely with Management to streamline processes
