About the Role Canon Financial Services, Inc. (CFS) is currently located in Mount Laurel, NJ and will be relocating to Burlington, NJ during the summer of 2026. Canon Financial Services is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator I (Coordinator, Sales Support I) in Mount Laurel, NJ. This is the primary support liaison to the Account Representatives (SPOCS). The position is responsible to provide extraordinary customer service to the SPOCS, Independent Dealers and Customers, and to work within a team environment. Candidates need to be flexible with work times, may be asked to work 10:30am - 7:00pm at times. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Your Impact - Develop and maintain relationships with dealers by supporting SPOC daily service functions. Provide best- in-class customer service and lease consulting - Provide product, promotion, and general lease sales support to the Independent Dealer base on an ongoing basis to strengthen Canon product sales - Understand products and prices offered by competition and update management on any market conditions that could impact Canon sales or market share - Respond to dealer and customer inquiries; CFS products, services and prices - Answer inbound calls and emails as outlined in KRA’s to ensure best in class service - Support sales team by working assigned territories when required, taking full ownership of workflow - Work with our Dealer channel partners to provide accurate and timely information - Document all transactions by ensuring accurate application entry and providing detailed follow-up on all transactions - Holds a high level of service by following policies and procedures; reporting necessary changes required that hinder providing this best-in-class service - Maintains technical knowledge - Assist with other duties as assigned by management - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Maintain Salesforce database through activity history and sales coding - Develop relationships with ORM’s in an effort to resolve appropriate escalated dealer issues jointly - Communicate credit decisions to dealers & customers, when appropriate - Work with Risk Analysts to obtain additional credit information to decision credit applications - Basic knowledge of CPI program and HP comprehension About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring - College degree and/or strong relationship management skills in the leasing industry - Limited leasing experience < 2 years - Ability to work in fast-paced environment - Basic comprehension of Programs utilized in leasing industry - Basic comprehension of Credit concepts - Strong math aptitude and computer skills - Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $18.16 - $27.19 hourly
