The Sales Support, Marketing & Insights Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Sales & Marketing organization, responsible for enabling sales effectiveness, strengthening customer engagement, and driving data‑informed decision‑making. This role integrates sales support, marketing execution, and business insights to enhance commercial performance and accelerate growth. The Manager will build scalable processes, deliver high‑quality customer‑facing materials, extract meaningful insights from data (i.e data essentials, commodity trend reports), and support sales teams in developing and executing customer strategies. This position collaborates cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Leadership to ensure the organization effectively leverages data, market intelligence, and communication tools to win in the marketplace.
